QiK B.O.S is an app for creating, signing, storing and sharing bills of sale for private-party transactions. This policy explains what the app collects, why, where it is kept, and how to remove it.
The short version: the app collects only what is needed to produce and store your documents. Nothing is sold. Nothing is used for advertising. There is no tracking across apps or websites, and no third-party analytics or ad networks.

| Signatures | Handwritten signatures captured on-screen and stored as images, so a signed document can be reopened, reprinted and shared. |

All of the above is linked to your account. It has to be — the app's purpose is to give you back the documents you created.
The app does not request or access your location, camera, photo library, contacts, microphone, health data, or advertising identifier. It does not track you across other apps or websites, and it contains no advertising SDKs or third-party analytics.
Documents, account details and signature images are stored using Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage), which processes this data on our behalf as a service provider. Firebase's handling of data is governed by Google's privacy terms.
The app also keeps a copy of your documents on your device so they remain readable offline. Your light or dark appearance preference is stored on the device only and is never transmitted.
Only to operate the app: to authenticate you, to generate and store your bills of sale, to render them as PDFs, and to let you share a document you have created. Sharing happens only when you choose to share, and only with whoever you send it to.
Your information is not sold, rented, or disclosed for anyone else's marketing. It is not used to build advertising profiles.
Documents are kept until you delete them or delete your account.
You can delete your account from within the app, under Account → Delete Account. Doing so permanently removes your signature images, your stored documents, your saved profile, and your sign-in record. This cannot be undone. Export or share anything you want to keep before deleting.
If you would rather have your data removed by request, contact us at the address below and we will action it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict how it is handled. The in-app deletion described above satisfies the deletion right immediately; for anything else, contact us and we will respond.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are used in California law.
QiK B.O.S is intended for adults conducting private-party sales and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and it will be removed.
Access is restricted so that documents can only be read or modified by the account that created them, enforced on the server rather than only in the app. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our storage provider. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top will be updated and, where appropriate, notice will be given in the app.

Requirements for a valid transfer of ownership — including notarization and which forms must be filed — vary by state and change over time. Confirm your own state's requirements with its motor vehicle authority before relying on any document produced by this app.
